Sponsorship Contract – 2026/2027 Program Year
Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable and support the Prosper Ag Youth Supporters (PAYS) mission. By participating, sponsors grant PAYS a non-exclusive license to use their name and logo for recognition purposes across program assets. Availability of specific benefits is subject to receipt of both payment and high-resolution creative assets by established deadlines.
PAYS will issue an invoice upon sponsorship confirmation; payment is due as specified on the invoice. Benefits will commence only after full payment is processed. Sponsorship does not imply an endorsement by Prosper ISD, and PAYS makes no guarantees regarding the cash value of promotional benefits. PAYS reserves the right to modify program elements as necessary to fulfill organizational goals.
This document constitutes the complete agreement between the Sponsor and PAYS. Sponsors are encouraged to consult their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of their contribution. By submitting the sponsorship information, the organization acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions for the 2026-2027 program year.
Sponsor Information
PAYS will confirm sponsorships in writing and issue an invoice. By submitting, sponsors accept the sponsorship contract terms outlined above.
